Goldman Sachs has given a great example as to how to support working parents when sometimes things don't work out as planned, quite setting the example I thought

 

"Struggling to find childcare at short notice will no longer be a problem for working parents at Goldman Sachs, where an emergency nanny service has been set up. The bank's 6,000 employees in the UK can already leave their children at a free onsite crèche, but now it is offering to arrange in-home nannies or helpers for elderly parents."

      Worth looking at the video in this article. Yes it shows the facts but equally it only confirms what we already know. It would in my view been equally or more powerful to turn the tables and let the men feel what it means to be held back in the climb up ....... maybe then the change would be quicker
